Plylok PIR Insulation Board (2.4m x 1.2m)
A high performing, resilient PIR insulation board for use in warm flat roofs under built-up felt and single-ply waterproofing systems.
Plylok consists of an insulation board bonded to a 6mm plywood top layer and boasts high compression strength, dimensional stability and consistent board sizes.

- Low thermal conductivity: 0.022 W/mK
- Range of thicknesses: 56mm – 156mm
- Compressive strength: exceeds 150kPa at yield
- Facing: 6mm plywood (top), multi-layer coated aluminium (bottom)
- Zero ODP and GWP less than 5
- ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Fire performance (insulation board): Class 1 (BS 476, Part 7), Euroclass F (BS EN 13501-1)
